SEMINARS AND FIELD TRAINING
Whoever goes to school with us has a high goal in mind: the best preparation for an exciting and fulfilling professional life as ambulance officers or emergency assistants.
The state-recognised vocational school for rescue services in Erbach in the Odenwald, which cooperates with incentiveMED International, trains 100 young people each year as effectively and practically as possible. There are modern teaching aids, new-generation patient simulators, an e-learning system and its own ambulance with state-of-the-art equipment.
The high point of each school half-year: a 24-hour emergency exercise with simulated scenarios. Learning could not be more fun...
But it is not only medical staff who know they are in good hands with incentiveMED International.
As of Spring 2008, we shall be offering unique training in Germany for journalists, NGO staff, technicians and managers who will be active in crisis regions of the world.
The "hostile environments" training provides all the necessary skills for working in risky countries in just one week: cultural know-how, behaviour at military check-points, de-escalation training, first aid, responding to threats and attacks are part of the instruction laced with role-playing and practice scenarios.
Included in the training are experienced coaches, paramedics, psychologists and trainers of police and military special forces. Thus it is very realistic ...
- Training of journalists, NGO employees, technicians and managers for operations in hostile environments and conflict areas
- Special training for medical personnel during assignments abroad
- First aid and paramedic training for the police, task forces, security and military forces
- PTSD and stress de-briefing for action forces in ambulance corps, fire departments and the police
