FLIGHTSURVEILLANCE

Starting in January 2009, the incentiveMED International AG plans to expand its services to flightsurveillance and training.
Based upon continously growing needs for lowcost flightsurveillance, the incentiveMED, in cooperation with previous developers from Antonow, the hardware specialists from the USA, Japan and Taiwan, develops an innovative all-in-one solution for flightsurveillance.
For deployment a machine from the ukraine is the airplane of choice, the A-22L. One special characteristic of this lightweight airplane is the STOL (Short Take Off and Landing). On the technical side we had ongoing discussions in the past 24 month with suppliers from Korea, Taiwan, Japan and the USA.
The results speak for themself: We deploy a Sony HD camera with Zeiss lens in a stabilizing mount below the airplane. During use the "camera ball" lowers itself out of the front of the airplane and can start shooting, sharp video as well as pictures, in less than 2.5 seconds.
The camera allows for a 80x zoom. Additionally it allows the automatic tracking of objects, remote data transfer of up to 100 kilometers, laserpointer, etc, complete this innovation. A highlight of the package is the face recognition software. This allows for identification of people from altitudes of 300 meters. The airplane is motorized by a high powered, yet environmental friendly, Rotax 912 engine. Equipped with silencer to make it practically unhearable at an altitude of 200 meters. In comparison to the currently deployed helicopters with flight costs of € 4,500 per hour the A22-Observer with about € 630 per flight hour is unmatchable. The incentiveMED International AG prepares to offer the flightsurveillance for rent starting in 2009.
