incentiveMED International AG supervises Dalai Lama visitation in Frankfurt, Germany

The incentiveMED International AG was hired, to organize and execute the security measures and emergency rescue service during the Dalai Lama visitation from 07/30 to 08/02. On location, the company had a staff of 18 professionally trained individuals to secure the VIP area and to supervise Dalai Lama personally, around the clock.
The company supervised up to 30,000 visitors and had emergency rescue assistants, paramedics and emergency vechicles on location.
The chairman of incentiveMED AG, Thorsten Anker, was delighted to deliver a good organized event. "We are very proud to have further organizations and countries show appreciation for our work. Our professional appearance, the outstanding qualification, and the appreciation for cultural differences by our staff were part of the reason why we were hired for the personal supervision of Dalai Lama." Prior to the event there were many discussions to the Land Office of Criminal Investigations, the fire department of Frankfurt, as well as private security companies to ensure a stress-free event, continued Anker.
The sanctity of the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, is not only the mindset and ruler of Tibetans, but also a charismatic ambassador of peace.
Born 1935 in North Tibet, at age two, he is being recognized as the rebirth of the 13th Dalai Lama, and brought 1939 to the Potala-Palast in Lhasa, the traditional place of residence for Dalai Lamas.
He learned the buddistic philosophy and meditation from the best teachers of Tibets during his training to become a monk. At the age of 15 he’s named the spiritual and profane leader of Tibet. The invasion of chinese troops, and the resulting conflicts, make him flee to India during 1959, while hundred thousands of Tibetans followed. Based on the exile, the Dalai Lama started many different approaches to improve the situation for people in Tibet.
The Dalai Lama, who calls himself "a simple buddistic monk, not more, not less", enjoys a high reputation, worldwide. In his well-visited lectures in numerous countries he mediates fundamental values, such as sympathy, tolerance and forgiveness, and engages for a harmonic relationship of world religions. His relentless efforts for peace in the world and a non-violent resolution for the Tibet problems, was acknowledged with the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989.
A vers from the buddistic master Shantideva from the 8th century, which was quoted from Dalai Lama in many occasions, resulting in inspiration and motivation: "As long as the universe exists, as long spirit lives, just as long I shall exist to banish the misery from this world."
